A World of Business Opportunities
The complex of the RAK Exhibition Centre spans an area
of 37400 sq.mt . The centre is located in the Al Nakheel
area , very close to the active business district. The
complex was formally inaugurated on 22nd April 1996
by His Highness Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammed Al-Qassimi,
Member of the Supreme Council and Deputy Ruler of Ras
Al-Khaimah, in the presence of VIPs of the emirates.
Being a government organization, the centre is part
of the Chamber of Commerce. At present it comprises
a major exhibition hall with a covered area of 2100
sq.mt and more than 3000 sq.mt of uncovered area to
organize different activities during the local fairs.
There
are three big gates for entering into the Exhibition
Complex and four big gates to enter the exhibition
hall. Four green plots outside add to the attractiveness
of the complex, which also has parking space for over
1000 vehicles around its area, and a small mosque
beside the exhibition hall. Facilities include sales
and secretarial services on request. Fax and e-mail
facilities area available at the administrative office,
where qualified staff are on call to assist exhibitors
with their requirements.
